Vashist is an educational Ayurveda platform that offers: AI tutor for Ayurvedic questions, Prakriti (constitution) questionnaires, personalized daily routines (Dinacharya), nutritional suggestions, traditional home remedies, and Ayurvedic knowledge resources. Services are provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Centro de Ayurveda or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro plans require monthly or annual payment. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, according to our refund policy. Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice.

6. Medical Non-Substitution Disclaimer

Vashist provides educational information about Ayurveda and does NOT substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions. Do not ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice based on information obtained through this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centro de Ayurveda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the registered email or by notice on the platform. Continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
